Ready For Tomorrow!!!!

I've decided to visit the stepmill tomorrow for cardio and figured I'd share my FAVORITE stepmill song. It's quite hardcore, but totally appropriate and I feel that it's ABSOLUTELY necessary to get me through those dragging minutes on the machine. I literally will sing this song to my legs as if I'm some sort of abusive lover. Give it a listen! It might get you going like it does me!

    Hey Jen! I'm always so intimidated by the stepmill. Is it better than the stationary bike or treadmill or elliptical? Those are what I use for cardio....
